Meet Madi
Who am I? I am an advocate for equity whose passion lies in education. Education is a form of social justice, and I am here to ensure that ALL students are able to access the doors education should be opening for them.
Having worked as an educator, studied equity in education, and taught and lived internationally, I am well versed in equity challenges educational systems face across the United States and globally. I have worked on state-wide educational policy teams to address equity issues, coached teachers on how to strengthen their practices, and led professional development on a variety of topics.
Our Mission
Our desire is to uplift and empower others to be agents of change within their communities to create greater diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. This work begins in schools.
Our Promise
We have a holistic perspective and partner with schools who want to create sustainable, lasting changes in their practices.
As we work nationwide and globally to create more equitable, safe, diverse learning environments, we will be compiling data to create a vast image of the needs within education. We will bring this data to policymakers and government officials to help inform structural and political change.
The result? We will share in the work of creating educational communities that provide everyone with a voice at the table and transform education globally.
